Our experience with Christina was the best we’ve ever had with a repair person. She diagnosed the problem with our fridge in less than five minutes, explained clearly the problem, and, because she did not have the replacement part in her vehicle, came back a few days later and did the job in 15 minutes. The local repair person came highly recommended but could not fit us in his schedule and recommended Appliance works. We have since recommended Appliance Works to friends. Couldn’t be happier. We were completely happy with Todd's visit this week. He was not rushed and repaired our dishwasher, and spent time attempting to help repair a lighting problem in our refrigerator. The parts are not available from Samsung, thus problem remains. The cost was fair and we would call them again.

The gas stove is a top of the line KitchenAid Superba.or at least it was 23 years ago! Interior glass panel cracked. Was concerned the part would not be availablefortunately it was. Prompt return visit with panel. Looks like new. Fair pricing. Somewhat complicated repairdo not DIY this!
FinallyI dont recommend using the self cleaning featureit overheats your stove and causes lots of problems.like broken glass panels!
